I am a business leader, trainer, facilitator and lifelong learner currently building the next chapter of my professional journey in Germany.For the past 15 years, I have developed a successful business in Romania, leading teams, facilitating training sessions and supporting people in achieving personal and professional growth.Alongside my entrepreneurial background, I obtained a European-recognized Trainer Certificate and I am completing my certification as a LEGO® Serious Play® Facilitator, expanding my expertise in experiential learning, team engagement and collaborative problem-solving.I enjoy designing and facilitating learning experiences, fostering meaningful communication and helping individuals and teams navigate change, growth and transformation.Currently, I am participating in the THRIVE Program by Kiron, where I am developing skills in AI-Augmented Project Management while continuing my German language learning journey in preparation for my relocation to Frankfurt.I bring a combination of leadership, facilitation, coaching, business development and people-centered communication, together with a strong commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
