Ich war zuletzt bei Syrian Airlines beschäftigt. Während meiner 7-jährigen Tätigkeit als Luftverkehrskaufmann lag der Schwerpunkt auf Ticketing und Kundenbetreuung. Ich besitze gute IATA-Grundkenntnisse und beherrsche das Galileo-System. Ich habe auch für ein Jahr in einem Reisebüro gearbeitet. Meine Aufgaben waren, Hotels für unsere Kunden zu buchen und Autos zu mieten.
