💼 Your Responsibilities 💼
• Develop and lead the agency sales strategy in Germany to achieve revenue targets.
• Build strong relationships with a major agency group to secure ad partnerships and drive revenue growth.
• Develop long-term relationships with key senior clients within those portfolios.
• Collaborate with Microsoft Partner teams to respond to briefs and grow the business together.
• Develop sales strategies and plans for your assigned account portfolio.
• Work with cross-functional teams including Ad Product, Marketing, Content, and Partnership Development to ensure successful advertising campaign delivery.
• Leverage Netflix's unique audience insights and premium content offerings to drive revenue growth.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for innovation.

👤 Your Profile 👤
• At least 8 years of experience in advertising or media (including sales) with a proven track record of revenue growth.
• Experience in both TV and digital advertising sales is required.
• Deep understanding of the media agencies/holding companies and an established network of relationships at the senior level.
• Strong analytical (strategic and creative) skills and judgment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively and collaboratively across functions.
• Open to the challenge of starting a new business, comfortable with risk, uncertainty, and ambiguity.
• Autonomous and a passion for entertainment is a plus.
