Your Role with Us
As a Store Manager, you are the heart of the restaurant. You are responsible for the overall success of your location – from sales and profitability to delivering outstanding guest service. Your responsibilities will include:
- Recruiting, onboarding, and training staff
- Creating and managing employee schedules
- Receiving deliveries and managing inventory
- Cash handling and daily banking tasks
- Preparing reports on inventory and sales
- Ensuring compliance with all Subway® standards and external regulations
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant
- Implementing marketing campaigns and local promotions
- Ensuring the safety of staff and guests
- Handling guest complaints and maintaining high service standards
What We’re Looking For
You may already have experience in retail, catering, as a store or restaurant manager, supervisor, or in a similar leadership role. If you’re currently working in the quick service or retail sector and looking for a new challenge, we’d love to hear from you!
