: Controller - Financial Controlling

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Controller with strong communication and data skills, you'll be a member of our Financial Planning & Analysis Team in Central Europe and serve as a competent contact for all controlling-related questions from our internal customers. You'll monitor cost and capacity metrics of our internal functions and operations in Central Europe, as well as preparing deviation analyses and processing various ad hoc requests.

Besides assisting with the compilation and analysis of monthly management reporting, you'll independently prepare aggregated data analyses, dashboards, and presentations for your internal stakeholders. Furthermore, you'll develop concepts for efficiency improvement and alternative solutions in response to inquiries within the scope of your responsibilities. Finally, you'll also have the opportunity to use your strong interest in shaping the digitization of internal controlling processes.

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

* You have successfully completed a college degree in economics, mathematics, business informatics, or a similar major, with particular focus on controlling and digitization.
* Ideally, you have some initial professional experience from a similar position at an international, service-oriented company.
* You consider yourself an expert in MS Office and ideally are also familiar with visualization software such as Alteryx, Tableau, and/or MS Power BI.
* You have a solid knowledge of accounting and know what performance ratios are key at service-oriented companies.
* Your written and spoken English language skills are excellent.
