At IPSO, we focus on Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS) in relation to people with migration or refugee background.
For this purpose, saba app* was developed:
saba app* is a digital self-help tool designed to support people with migration or refugee experience in their arrival process in Germany. saba app* is digitally accessible around the clock on your own smartphone or computer, 24/7. This self-help tool is supplemented by the possibility of online counselling by a psychosocial counsellor (m/f) in your own native language.
saba app* will be available in Arabic, Dari/Farsi, English, Russian and Ukrainian.
If you hold one of the documents listed below, you can use saba app*:
- „Aufenthaltserlaubnis“ (§24 AufenthG)
- „Aufenthaltserlaubnis“ with a minimum validity of 12 months
- Certificate of eligibility (BAMF) for integration course/vocational language course
- „Daueraufenthalt-EU“ (§9a AufenthG)
- „Niederlassungserlaubnis“ (§9 AufenthG)
- „Aufenthaltserlaubnis“ (§20, §17 AufenthG)

The non-profit, humanitarian organisation IPSO has specialised in the field of mother-tongue psychosocial counselling for people from different cultures. The counselling has a preventative effect, promotes resilience, stabilises people in life crises and reduces psychosocial stressors.
