I have a Master Degree in International Business. If I was told to describe my professional experience in few words I would say: „I’m a real project manager, communicator and change maker across the globe“ I’m located in Berlin. I have 18 years of experience in project/ event management. I am very strong at international communication. I have huge experience in operational execution and event planning. This helped me to manage up to 250 business events with a budget up to 300 000 EURO for international corporations as well as medium-sized enterprises. I also created a powerful network between opinion leaders across the globe: Singapore, Israel, USA, Spain, Netherlands, Iran, UK. I am also a certified coach ACC International Coaching Federation (USA) and ICF member. I have a successful experience working as an internal coach in the company. I also act as an individual coach. That is my second education. My coaching experience allowes me to facilitate project team meetings and to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity.
