Über mich

As an experienced HR and recruitment professional, my journey since 2018 has taken me through various industries, including SW development, automotive, and tech. I've developed a strong passion for people and a knack for managing the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, from employee engagement to compliance, managed recruitment, employer branding, payroll, L&D, HR administration, and everything in between.

Throughout my career, I've collaborated closely with management to address people related challenges, implemented effective HR & recruitment strategies, and used various tools & software to streamline processes. I created HR documents and maintained employee data. My efforts in promoting internal talent mobility and organizing engaging employee events.

I am proficient in using various HR and recruitment tools and software such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Xing, Wuzzuf, HRIS systems, ATS, Personio, R-CRM, and Oracle.

I've also spearheaded initiatives to boost employee engagement and satisfaction. This includes developing an employee recognition program, organizing team events, and improving our onboarding strategy. My efforts have led to significant improvements in employee morale and retention.

I lead talent acquisition for the Volkswagen Group, focusing on hiring top tech talents across Germany. I've managed end-to-end recruitment for a wide range of positions, tech, and non-tech, both permanent and freelance, ensuring smooth communication and successful placements, from SW engineers and machine learning experts to HR specialists, sales, and business development.
