Hello, I'm Supriya, based in Munich. I hold a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, and during my final year, I delved into management subjects, igniting my passion of working closely with people and driving projects forward. For approximately 3 years, I served as a Project Manager, overseeing end-to-end projects. My pursuit of deeper knowledge in project management led me to obtain my PMP certification. Subsequently, I spent 7 years as a PMO, where I was tasked with defining and implementing project management processes within our organization. Additionally, I provided training across European locations and led system testing efforts. Through these experiences, I developed strong skills in planning, people management, client relationship management, problem solving, communication, and leadership.After a decade of focusing on the management side of organizations, I've become increasingly curious about diving into the technical aspects. Driven by my innate curiosity and a thirst for learning, I recently completed an intensive 9 week boot camp in Web development. In my final project, I collaborated with a team of four to manage the development process of an app designed to assist developers in practicing their technical interview skills. The prospect of developing applications independently is immensely exciting to me. Therefore, I am eager to transition into a role as a Backend Developer, where I can apply my technical skills to bring products to life.
