I worked as a group leader in 2 kaizen groups in my company. The first project was about safety and process improvement. The second one was assembly line cycle time reducing.We won Ankara Kal-Der – Quality Circle Award with 2. project in 2021. In summary, I am open minded person and related with new technology in my business life.The only thing I have in my life is to be a mechanical engineer. I have some targets about my business life. Therefore, I always follow up new techonogy and strive to develop myself.
