Remuneration Negotiator Nursing (m/f/d)

Are you interested in actively shaping care provision and contributing to quality insurance care through economic contracts? At AOK Niedersachsen, you will take on a responsible role in contract and negotiation management, working on forward-looking solutions in the care sector.

• Design economic contracts and ensure appropriate remuneration for contractual partners

• Conduct fee negotiations with service providers, such as inpatient and outpatient care facilities

• Advise care facilities on business management issues

• Act as a contact for regional projects and the development of the regional care structure

• Document remuneration agreements

• Conduct facility-specific controlling and analyse regional market conditions

• Represent AOK Niedersachsen, especially in arbitration proceedings

• Degree in health economics, business administration, economics, or a completed degree in care management

• Ideally several years of professional experience in contract and negotiation management within the healthcare sector

• Knowledge of the care structures of insured persons

• Ability to independently tackle complex issues

• Good Excel skills
