: Working Student-Talent Management Unit (Associates & Consultants)

As a Working Student, you'll support us in the areas of career development, staffing, and HR topics. In terms of career development, you'll assist our Associates/Consultants team in preparing Career Development (CD) meetings by requesting performance evaluations and following up as necessary. You'll also aid in compiling documents and presentations for CD meetings. In the context of staffing, you'll process data in our HR/staffing database, including maintaining and controlling information on the planned and actual assignments of individual consultant groups. All the while, you'll work together closely with our Talent Coordinators and Talent Assistants, supporting their daily work and assisting with ad hoc requests.
