Student Worker (m/f/d) Night Shift Youth Centre

Do you want to support young people in their personal development and take responsibility in a unique environment? At Borussia Dortmund's Junior Performance Centre, you assist young football talents during their training and contribute to a strong community.

• Independently carry out night shifts at the Youth Centre and in the BVB-WG

• Be the point of contact for young people during the night

• Provide support in situations of need and crisis

• Document special occurrences

• Pass on information systematically to the late and early shift

• Participate in service meetings

• Work as part of the educational team

• Studies in Educational Science, Pedagogy, Social Work or a comparable field

• Ideally, initial practical experience in educational or counselling work with adolescents

• Flexibility in working hours and willingness to work exclusively night shifts

• High commitment and resilience

• Genuine interest in working with young people

• Strong communication skills and empathy

• Confident and friendly demeanour

• Creativity and enthusiasm for co-creation

• High level of dedication, ambition, and passion

• Conscientious and reliable working style

• Enjoyment of teamwork

• High affinity for football, ideally for Borussia Dortmund
