Chemonics Deutschland gGmbH, a non-profit registered in Germany , seeks an operations specialists for an anticipated Department of State-funded local governance and civil society project in Syria. These positions will be based in Berlin, Germany and do not require travel to Syria. We are looking for individuals who have a passion for making a difference in the lives of people around the world.
Provide administrative support to the operations manager in human resources, inventory control, facilities maintenance, and events and conferences, as well as service agreements with vendors
Assist in organizing travel for project personnel

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Minimum three years of relevant experience
- knowledge of all aspects of office management
- Ability to effectively use computer software
- Fluency in writing and speaking German
