Job Description
- Routine work in the cell culture laboratory in the field of in vitro pharmacology and toxicology
- Practical performance of in vitro biocompatibility studies in the field of medical device registration
- Performance of viability tests such as MTT and XTT tests
- Participation in the establishment and optimization of new test systems
- Preparation of GLP-compliant documentation
- Responsibility for laboratory and equipment

Qualifications
- Completed education as BTA/MTA/CTA/biology laboratory technician or Bachelor of Science (e.g. biology)
- Experience in the field of cell culture, especially routine handling of mammalian cell systems
- Practical experience in performing viability assays such as MTT, XTT assaysVery good pipetting skills (multichannel pipettes, small volumes)
- Ideally experience in medical device testing
- High degree of independent and structured working style to handle the recurring tests (approx. 50 pieces/week)
- Good knowledge of German as well as English (min. B2)
- GLP experience is an advantage
